SISTERHOOD

Sara spent several days photographing a pair of cloistered nuns in South Texas. The two sisters were housed and supported, in part, by a small local parish as they prepared for more nuns to join them once the order was established. Sara documented the women as they practiced their faith and went about their daily routines.
